These terms apply to all Members accessing Pulsa303 from Malaysia and cover all services provided by this platform, including slots, live casino, Sports Betting, lottery, and all other games.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for each transaction.

6.1 Rollover Requirements

Every bonus received carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is between 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover requirement, you must wager a total of RM 2,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

Most bonuses have a validity period of 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Any bonus not utilised within this period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Abuse of bonuses or the promotions system.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• At the Member's own request for responsible gambling purposes.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, Pulsa303 reserves the right to withhold any balances or winnings associated with the violating activity.

Pulsa303 has a sophisticated monitoring system to detect any suspicious activity. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering — using the platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal sources.

• Pulsa303 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including internet outages, device issues, or natural disasters.
• Pulsa303 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access is caused by the Member's own negligence.
• Pulsa303's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the Member's most recent deposit.

Pulsa303 is committed to protecting the personal information of all Members. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed in detail within our separate Privacy Policy document.

In short, Pulsa303 collects your personal information solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service communications. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
